Who we are

Help and support for people suffering from mild to moderate common mental health problems.

Description

We offer a range of therapies to treat the following mental health conditions:

  • Generalised anxiety disorder (GAD)
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Phobias
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
  • Body Dysmorphic Disorder (with mild functional impairment)
  • Panic disorder (with or without agoraphobia)
  • Social Anxiety
  • Health Anxiety
  • Depression.

We also have established Long Term Conditions pathways for those people with mild to moderate mental health problems who also live with the following long term health conditions:

  • Diabetes
  • IBS
  • Chronic fatigue/ME
  • COPD
  • MUS
  • Cancer
  • Persistent pain
  • CVD

We are able to offer a range of talking therapies to people who have a Barnsley GP, are aged 16+ and have a mild to moderate common mental health problem.

We offer therapy either face to face (in GP surgeries/LIFT building), virtual or over the telephone.

WE can accept self-referrals (online via our website/over the phone or referrals from any professional involved in the persons care ( with the persons consent.)

 


Opening Times

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

However some treatments are offered in the evening.
