PENISTONE GATEWAY GROUP FOR PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES

We are a charity affiliated to Mencap that holds a weekly social club night for people with special educational needs. We provide a wide and varied range of activities, from traditional baking and crafts to the more modern Wii and gaming nights and disco/karaoke parties. We also arrange days trips to local places of interest and have visits from local speakers and services.

We can provide secure escorted transport to and from the venue and all our staff are fully trained and DRB checked.

We are always looking for new members and volunteers. If you think you can offer some fun activities, help with running the club or anything else, just contact our admin for further information. If you would like to become a member, or would like to put forward a possible member, then just do the same.
