Description
We offer one-to-one-support to people who are on the assessment pathway for a diagnosis of dementia or who already have a diagnosis. Our service is also available to friends and family members.
Our Dementia Advisers provide information, guidance and practical support to help people understand dementia, cope with day-to-day living with dementia and prepare for the future. We also support people to access other services in their local community.
