Supported Living
Amethyst provides Care and Support to tenants living in their own homes in a community setting. Tenants will have varying needs inclusive of the following: Physical Disability, Learning Disability, Mental Health, Acquired Brain Injury and Specialist Neuro-Degenerative conditions.
Outreach - Supporting you within your own home
The service provides community care services (Outreach) to people living in their own home, not Specialist Supported Living. The service could be for someone requiring support and encouragement, this could include personal care. The hours will be assessed hours via a Social Worker. The hours could be flexible and depending on the individual’s mental health could be reduced or increased depending on their needs. The service could be a new support service for a person recently diagnosed, or for someone who has lived in Specialist Supported Living or another service but now ready to move on into the community but still requiring support. Outreach would not normally provide 24/7 care and support.
