Description
GREEN UPLIFT offers free ‘VIP’ access to a calendar of, unique and wonderous outdoor events.
These special days are designed by artists (in conjunction with partner venues) to reap the benefits of full nature immersion, experienced through creativity. We visit new green spaces and uncover some of Barnsley’s stories and treasures told through the land.
Events range from:
- Creative camps and workshops
- Allotment socials (in partnership with the YMCA)
- Festivals and walks with a creative twist.
- Also visits/retreats further afield!
This year we are cemetery wandering, bee keeping, landarting, 'soundbathing', plant swapping and more!
