ACTION FOR AUTISM BARNSLEY - AFAB

We are a small social group for adults who are neurodiverse.

We hold the following group sessions each week:

• ‘Creative Meet-Up’ on. Monday afternoon at Cooper. Gallery on Church Street, S70 2AH
• ‘Social and Active’ on a Wednesday afternoon at the YMCA on Blucher Street, S70 1AP
• Games and Hobbies on a Friday afternoon at Cooper Gallery

All sessions have a strong social and wellbeing focus, and are led by friendly and supportive staff. The existing members are friendly and welcoming and enjoy it when new people join the sessions.

Members are welcome to attend sessions with a family member, carer or support worker until they feel comfortable to attend independently.

All our sessions are free for charge. Group members pay for expenses on outings and trips.
