Description
Light multi-sports activity where participants may complete exercises from their own armchairs and work up a sweat. Maltas Court and Lavender Court are open up to the public, so non-residents can attend.
People of all ages and abilities are welcome.
Participants choose and direct what activities they take part in and direct the session.
