Some of our libraries have rooms that you can hire for local groups and activities.
Discounted rates are available for registered charities and for repeat bookings during normal opening hours. You might also be able to hire a room outside of normal opening hours but there could be an extra charge for this and library facilities may be unavailable. Contact us by emailing facilitiesmanagement@barnsley.gov.uk if you'd like more information before requesting to book a room. You might also be able to book a computer and projector to use, if they're available.
You need to submit your room hire request at least 10 working days before the date of your booking.
If we can accept your booking we’ll send you a confirmation and an invoice that you’ll need to pay within 30 days.
