Description
Some of our libraries have rooms that you can hire for local groups and events.
Lowered rates are offered for charities and for repeat bookings during normal opening hours. You might also be able to hire a room outside of normal opening hours. There could be an extra charge for this and library equipment may not be used. Email us at facilitiesmanagement@barnsley.gov.uk if you'd like more details before requesting to book a room. You might also be able to book a computer and projector to use.
You need to submit your room hire request at least 10 working days before the date of your booking.
If we can accept your booking we’ll send you details and an invoice. You’ll need to pay within 30 days.
