Dorothy Hyman Sports Centre is home to a range of facilities including an air-conditioned fitness suite & a 400m athletics track, field facilities and stadium.

Dorothy Hyman Sports Centre is also home to Fitness Flex., our flexible way to keep fit. We have a range of membership packages to suit everyone or you can access all the facilities on a Pay and Play basis. We have:

A full equipped gym including a range of exercise classes:

• Dance Aerobics, Pilates, Body & Tone, Yoga
• Kettlecise,  Metafit, HIIT, Body Sculpt 
• Boxercise
• Squash courts for hire and Children's Gymnastics Classes.

Our track and stadium is also available for hire for a full or half day. We have a large function room that is available for hire for parties and occasions or as a conference suite.
