Royston Civic Hall is the perfect venue for your event. Whatever event you are planning, Royston Civic Hall can make any occasion a unique and special experience for you and your friends and family, catering for up to 250 guests.

Looking for a function room with a warm and welcoming environment with space for up to 120 guests? The function room at Royston Civic Albert Shepard Hall is available for parties and private hire all year round. Royston Civic is also available for children's parties all year round. We also have a fully licensed bar which is exclusive to the room.

The room is free to hire, with only a£80 refundable deposit required to secure the space. This is on the proviso that £200 is spent over the bar and no damage has occurred during your event. Last orders will be called at 11pm, however for all you party animals out there, a late bar can be requested at an additional cost. For safety reasons 18th and 21st birthday parties require a non-refundable security staff charge of £120 for two security staff.

Kid’s parties are on Sundays between 11am to 4pm. 2 hours per party booking. Children’s parties has a non-refundable charge of £60. Guests are required to provide their own food and provide their own entertainment. The bar can be made available at the party organisers request when booking.
