Our service includes the Lifetime Vi Alarm Unit and MyAmie Pendant. The stylish pendant can be worn around the wrist or neck, and has been designed to be comfortable and discreet.

The lightweight pendant can be worn in the bath or shower - a place where the slippery conditions can increase the risk of a fall. It can also be worn outside in the garden thanks to the 100 metre range - perfect for keen gardeners.

Next Day Set-up with 24/7 Monitoring

To make life easier, the Carelink Alarm can be installed by you or a person of your choice - in just a few minutes. There is no need for an installation engineer to come to your home. 

You can be set up and covered by our 24/7 monitoring team within 24 hours of making your alarm order. Your alarm will arrive pre-programmed and will be sent with free, next day delivery.

Once your alarm arrives, it needs to be plugged into your telephone line and a power socket. Connect your telephone into the back of the base unit with the adaptor provided and push the red button to test your new alarm.
