Who we are

Would you like to learn a marital art? Cawthorne Karate is for all ages.

Description

Spaces now available for new starters or anyone that would like to learn a martial art!

Learn the skill of karate with a  professional karate instructor.  Classes are available to all ages and abilities. Families can train together too. 

School sessions are also available during the school day and as a breakfast club or an after school club.  Please contact Paul Barradell for more information.

Cawthorne Karate Club is fully insured and is a member of the English Karate Federation & Shindo Kai Karate Association and all club instructors hold full enhanced DBS.

Monday - Traditional Karate - 6pm -7pm

Monday - Sparring Class - 7pm -8pm

Tuesday - Traditional Karate - 6pm -7pm & 7pm - 8pm

Wednesday - Traditional Karate - 6pm - 7pm

Wednesday - Kata Class - 7pm - 8pm

Thursday - Traditional Karate 6pm -7pm & 7pm - 8pm
