Description
We are a friendly bunch who meet weekly to enjoy a social morning together.
We have:
- Guest Speakers on a range of interesting topics
- Chair Exercises once a month
- Bingo - Raffle & Scratchcard Raffle
- Arts and Crafts
- Trips out (eg. theatre, meals, day trips etc)
