COGNOSPEAK - SURVEY VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

CognoSpeak is looking to see whether we can use a digital doctor to measure people’s memory, mood and thinking ability.

We hope CognoSpeak can be used to help prioritise referrals and reduce wait times in memory clinics.

To do this, first we need to teach the computer – the more people take part the more accurate CognoSpeak becomes.

If you take part, CognoSpeak - a digital doctor - will ask you around 14 questions about your memory and you will complete 3 questionnaires, after which you will be sent a link to a quick cognitive assessment.

We are now looking for health volunteers, if you are happy to take part you can completed the bold text within the email and email back to @Malczuk Kasia or @Stewart Phil  and you will receive an on line link that last around 15 to 20 minutes.

The inclusion criteria for the study:

- Aged over 18

- Proficient in English

Exclusion criteria:

- Presence of neurodegenerative disease

- Medical condition that would limit potential to take part in longer term follow-up (including palliative diagnosis (including cancer, heart failure, COPD))

- Severe active psychiatric disease including Schizophrenia and severe depression
