Description
We offer support for carers looking after their loved ones living with dementia.
The Weekend Memory Hub provides a safe space where carers can receive advice, support, and practical help, as well as a chance to relax knowing their loved ones are in a caring and understanding environment.
Join us for an afternoon of activities, music and dance. We also include a meal, dessert and a hot drink.
