Recognising that an individual in need of support might require assistance from multiple agencies across health and social care, the academy aims to provide educational training, certification, to social care professionals, caregivers, volunteers, and unpaid carers.

Crossroads Social Care Academy is equipped with a team of highly qualified professionals, staff, and volunteers with years of experience and competencies from various backgrounds who have worked in education and social care settings. The academy team are centred on creating a friendly, relaxed and engaging classroom environment to all participants.

We provide training for:
