Dance to Health is a falls prevention dance session to help you strengthen muscle tone. There is an online session each week.

A fun way to increase your strength and balance, enabling you to enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle.

Develop fitness and mobility through dance

Our Dance Artists have been given training in strength and conditioning. You’ll be too busy having fun to realise that you’re doing routines proven to increase and maintain your strength and balance – enabling you to enjoy an active lifestyle.
If you are over 55, you can join our weekly online class or find a live class near you

Evidence-backed falls prevention through dance

Verified strength and balance exercises combined with the creativity, expression and energy of dance.

Fun and social

Social time with other members of the community included.

We have a weekly online class, as well as live classes running all across the UK. Our online booking system is currently in maintenance. For more information on online classes, including how to book, click here
