Description
We are still unable to offer our Balance, Posture, and Falls Prevention Class at the present time.
This health project is for those who can't manage our Zumba classes but would like to be involved in some gentle exercise that will help improve their balance/posture and will help to prevent falls.
We meet weekly - you are welcome to join in a friendly environment where you can exercise at your own pace.
