Our friendly, sociable and welcoming running club is for men and women, you don't have to be a mum or dad or even fit !

Distances of 1,2,3,4,5, and 6+ miles offered at each session, you can fit into whatever distance suits you with a trained leader to support.  You can try our fitness walking sessions too.

Uniquely supportive systems used which encourage and nurture all abilities from beginners to longer distance runners.
