BARNSLEY EYE CLINIC - EYE CLINIC LIAISON OFFICER (ECLO)

The ECLO service is available to anyone, including families and carers who is concerned about their sight loss or eye condition and needs advice, emotional or practical support.

The ECLO is able to assist people with an eye condition to access the support they may need, when they need it.

Woth my expert guidance, you can find ways to :

• Maintain your independence
• Better understanding of your eye condition and treatment
• Apply for helpful benefits and concessions
• Use technology to help you do the things you need to do
• Stay in employment or education or take up new opportunities
• Continue enjoying leisure activities
