Description
Situated in the Netherwood Country Park in Wombwell and run by Mitchell and Darfield Angling Club. Plumpton Pond known to locals as the Pit Pond is a beautiful 25+ pegged pond with an island feature to the centre of the water, averaging around 4ft-5ft in depth.
It is renowned for its massive head of Tench along with Bream, F1’s and sliver fish.
