Who we are

H.O.P.E in the Community have a listening service to support people with their mental help and to help prevent social isolation and loneliness.

Description

This is a listening service which aims to support people by providing a listening ear and referral to other services when necessary. We offer long term support to people who are isolated or who are struggling with their mental health.

We are offering support through phone calls, text messages, WhatsApp Calls or Video, Zoom video calls, and Facebook Messenger. 

We also have a peer support group.

Our listening service is a confidential service where we can offer you support and refer you to services if required. We also can be just a voice or friendly face if you feel lonely and want to talk to someone.

We have male and female volunteers.
