HS Therapy antenatal classes offer exercise, education, relaxation and more to help you to have a stronger and more relaxed pregnancy and birthing experience.  These classes can also help with:

• Back, hip and pelvic pain during pregnancy
• Managing abdominal separation
• Maintaining strong pelvic floor muscles

and a chance to meet other mums-to-be.

These qualified physiotherapist led classes are suitable for all.  1:1 sessions are also available.
