ELYSIUM HEALTHCARE - JUBILEE HOUSE

 Jubilee House is a registered care service which embraces and balances the management of risk with comfort, homeliness, dignity, respect and choice.  The mixed gender service is for people living with learning disabilities, autism and sensory and communication impairments.

We are the specialists in working with complex needs and behaviours which may challenge services.  The services is staffed 24 hours a day by a dedicated team made up of registered manager, nurses, and support workers.

The unique building design provides six very robust single person apartments and communal spaces including, lounges, dining room and laundry. Each apartment is designed to a high specification and has its own lounge/diner, kitchen with en-suite wet room. The extensive garden area provides private outdoor space with sensory features.

The service is intended for those individuals who require a high level of support to live within a community setting and will continue to require this longer term. Clients may be referred who are transitioning from hospital or children's service, or where their community placement is not longer able to meet their needs.  The service aims to support people to return closer to their home area.

The service is located in Royston, Barnsley within a quiet cul-de-sac, close to a range of facilities and amenities, which are within walking distance.  There is a large private garden and ample car parking.  The service is only 4 miles from Barnsley Town Centre with direct bus access and is close to the M1.
