Learn and Burn is a Health initiative at Oakwell designed for adults of any age who are wishing to improve their fitness or general health.
The session is split into 30 minutes of nutritional advice followed by an hour of light practical exercise. Despite running as a group, there is also the option for participants to gain one-to-one feedback on their diet and lifestyle.
The programme is based on an eight-week rolling basis tackling different subjects around nutrition and fitness.
