PEARL HOME CARE

Pearl Home Care Ltd was formed to provide a personalised touch to providing care where the needs of the client are prioritised. Our staff are passionate about care and the Operations Manager has over 18 years of experience in care settings including hospital care, community health care, public health and nursing. This has placed Pearl Home Care in a unique position to support clients with their specific needs.

We provide the following services: Services for older people - Dementia support - Support for adults with learning disabilities - Support for children with additional needs - Day and night calls and sitting, and live in care.

Our care packages are made with service users to meet their individual needs. We assist with personal care and medication compliance, as well as specialist services such as tracheostomy care and enteral feeding.

All our staff are trained and competency-assessed. Pearl Home Care Ltd has robust policies and procedures for our staff, service users and for the business, which comply with CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations.

We review our policies regularly and as required in order to meet the needs of service users and staff. We also ensure our staff access these Policies and Procedures as part of their Induction and then our Management Team regularly monitor compliance by our staff. We aim to retain our staff and their high quality of care by offering training for the Care Certificate and further opportunities of training and development. With this and by recruiting from the local community, we are able to build an effective workforce which provides the best possible care to our service users. Our philosophy is "Big enough to deliver, but small enough to care".
