REDS IN THE COMMUNITY - TURBO TYKES

These spinning sessions are open to all adults no matter your fitness levels or experience. The sessions are tailored to ensure all levels of fitness and ages are challenged.

The low impact cardio sessions are a fantastic addition to your current workout plan or a great way to keep you start. Participants can watch fantastic scenery from a variety of routes from different countries whilst pedalling away to their favourite songs.

Led by qualified staff, the session takes place on Turbo Trainers which are provided by Reds in the Community.

The session costs £3 a week and is open to participants of all abilities aged 16 or older.
