Description

We offer a free, tailored one to one service for up to 8 months to help individuals who are 18+ to obtain employment in the sector that they want to work in and help them retain that position with a further 4 months once they are employed. We work with individuals who may have a physical or mental health condition which may lead them to needing additional support around finding and maintaining work. We support those who are out of work, those who are in work and struggling and those who are off sick.

We can help with CV's, applications, managing health conditions in the workplace, understanding of reasonable adjustments, disclosure and much more.

Individuals can be referred by professionals or themselves by using the below link:

The referral process is very quick. One of our Employment Specialists will contact participants within 48 hours and support meetings will usually start within 5 days.

We are also keen to attend any meetings you may be having in order to share further information and start supporting your patients/clients. Please contact me if you are interested in discussing this further.
