Supported Living

Supported Living is defined as persons with disabilities living where and with whom they want, for as long as they want, with the ongoing support needed to sustain that choice.  Aligned with our belief that everyone’s needs are different, we tailor make our support packages for each person and work closely with social services to ensure the best outcomes and wellbeing for those we support. 

Learning Disabilities

Our services are provided in a sensitive manner in accordance with the needs, choice and aspirations of each person. We work closely with individuals, their families and other professionals to ensure that individual needs are met. We recognise and celebrate the uniqueness of every individual by ensuring a person-centred approach is adopted. We are committed to enabling personal growth now and for the future, giving each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.

Autism

Delivering structured, skilled practical and emotional support to people with autism, our autism services are tailored to the needs and requirements of the person we are supporting. Working with the person and their support network, we listen, adapt and make changes over time to provide the right level of support to help the individual  to develop skills and coping mechanisms to increase their independence.

Mental Health

Our specialist mental health support needs service provides support and recovery services for people living with mental health support needs. By focusing on the person, not just their diagnosis, we work with each person on their journey of recovery.  We believe that every person has a unique contribution to offer and we empower them to realise their self-worth.
