Pathways to Work supports people living in Barnsley to find, stay and thrive in work.

We provide free support for:

• Young people aged 16 - 24
• People aged 16+ with a health condition
• People aged 16+ with caring responsibilities

Our support is personalised to you and appointments are flexible. We will work together to reach your employment goals.

Your free employment support includes:

• Regular one-to-one sessions with your employment specialist
• Help with job applications, CV's and interview skills
• Access to a Health at Work Coach
• Help to settle and flourish in your role
• Signposting to other support services
• Access to specialist advice to help you plan your finances
• Support as long as you need us
