Tempnur Care is managed by a team of  registered nurses with many years of working in the  in the National Health Service, Palliative care, mental health, Dementia care, Hospice and community care. Our emphasis is on ensuring that those in our care receive person centred care which is safe and effective. We understand how important it is to provide individualised care as it ensures that our service-users receive only the best care that is tailored to their individual needs. We take careful consideration in ensuring that each and every service we provide is designed to meet the specific needs of our clients.

We offer care and support to people from 0 - 18 years and adults from 18 years and above including:

• Personal care; assisting with washing and dressing
• Meal preparation including assisting with eating and drinking
• Medication- prompt and assist you in taking your medication as well as collecting prescriptions from GPs and pharmacies.
• Companionship
• Help with light household chores
• Escorting to doctors and hospital appointments
• Palliative care
• Dementia Care
• Day and night sitting services.

We also offer complex care such as:

• Tracheostomy
• Stoma
• PEG
• Catheter
• Suctioning
• End of life care.

We also are able to offer other languages in Shona and Ndebele
