TRAVEL SOUTH YORKSHIRE - ZOOM UNDER 16 TRAVEL PASS

If you live in South Yorkshire and you’re under 16 years old you can apply for a Zoom Under 16 Travel Pass.

Eligibility

• Live in South Yorkshire
• Under 16
• Valid to 31 July of the school year in which you turn 16 (or up to the day before your 16^th birthday if you were born in August)

From the age of 11 children are required to show the Zoom Under 16 Travel Pass as proof of entitlement to the concessionary fare.  The Zoom Under 16 Travel Pass is also available to children under the age of 11 if they look older, or wish to benefit from having discounted tickets for young people loaded onto their pass.

Benefits

• Travel anytime, anywhere in South Yorkshire for 80p on bus or tram, and half fare on local trains
• Load discounted tickets for young people on to your pass
• Free of charge (first issue)

Please be aware that no pass means that you could pay full fare.

How to Apply

Set up a MyTSY account (if applying for your child, you’ll need to use a different email address to the one you use on your own MyTSY account)

 Log-in > Select Passes from the top menu > Concessions > Zoom Under 16 Travel Pass

 Complete all personal details and upload proof documents - visit our What you need to apply guidelines page.

 Upload your photo - see the acceptable photograph guidelines page as an unsuitable photo could delay your application

 Check your order and go to checkout.

If all the details are correct your pass will be dispatched within 11 days of receiving your completed online application.

Please note proof documents must be photocopies and not original documents as all documents are destroyed once the pass is ordered.
