Pioneering Adaptive Boxing, Fitness and Wellbeing
Kronik Warrior UK CIC is the only fully affiliated England Boxing Club in the country dedicated exclusively to Adaptive Boxing. We deliver a pioneering programme that combines boxing, fitness and wellbeing, tailored to meet each individual’s needs.
Our Tribe is made up of people from all walks of life, each facing their own challenges. Through our sessions, we help members build functional fitness, core strength, stability and coordination, while also boosting confidence, independence and a sense of belonging.
Why We Are Different
Our coaches and mentors all live with a disability or long term health condition themselves, and bring both professional expertise and lived experience. We understand that sport is not one size fits all and we are here to prove that boxing is for everyone.
In our supportive environment, members are encouraged to release their inner champion, knowing they are surrounded by people who truly understand.
More Than Just Boxing
Alongside our training, we offer:
- Wellbeing support for body and mind
- Nutrition guidance based on the UK Government’s Eatwell recommendations
- Budget friendly, healthy recipes that are easy to prepare
Where We Work
We run group and one to one sessions in safe, fully inclusive settings. Our programmes are available:
- In schools (as part of the curriculum or as an after school activity)
- In community groups
- Through direct referrals
We currently cover a 60 mile radius of Rotherham and may travel further by arrangement (terms and conditions apply).
