Connect to Work supports people to find, stay and thrive in work. We will support people living with a health condition, disability or any other reason which is making finding work difficult.
We offer free support for people aged 18+ living in Barnsley, Rotherham and Doncaster.
Our appointments are flexible and we'll work together to meet your goals. whether you're looking for your first job, returning to work after a career break, or need help staying in a role, we'll be with you every step of the way.
You will receive up to nine months employment support if you're out of work or at risk of losing your job role.
If you're in work, you can receive up to four months support to help you keep your job or stay employed.
Your free employment support includes:
- Regular personalised one-to-one sessions with your employment specialist.
- Help with job applications, CV's and interview skills
- Help to settle and flourish in your role
- Financial wellbeing support and access to benefit advice
- Meeting with your employer to talk about your needs at work
- Signposting to other support services.
