Description
A fantastic therapeutic dance form, encouraging light exercise, cognitive stimulation and the chance of some fun for both carer and person with dementia.
We also do reminiscence during the session and members have the opportunity to bring in photos and other items that they can talk about, prompting a discussion within the group.
