Description

Supporting adults with Learning Disabilities in their own home.

People we support live in their own home and hold their own front door key. Your home can be shared with likeminded people, or you can choose to live on your own. This is called supported living.

In supported living you can help to choose who supports you and who you live with.

Our Mission Statement

Accede Supported Living proudly embraces the principles of Equality and Diversity and welcomes service users from diverse religious, cultural, ethnic and sexuality backgrounds including those who have been given refugee status who fall into the category of being vulnerable and may need support with personal care.

Part of our philosophy  that people we support are actively supported to access the community or education, voluntary or training in order to prepare them for independent living.

We want each person we support to experience the best quality of life they can have in an environment where they are the main focus of everything we do by meeting their needs.

  1. We promote your rights to your own ethical and religious needs and beliefs
  2. Your needs are individually assessed
  3. We provide effective and appropriate support through continued staff development training
  4. We value your family and friends contributions to ensure your needs are met
  5. Your choices is important and matters to us
