AGE UK BARNSLEY - HEALTHY MIND, HEALTHY LIFE

A new health and wellbeing group for people in later life. Come and enjoy yourself with other like-minded folk who want to meet up and have a laugh!

Includes chair-based exercise, speakers, discussions and occasional pub lunches. There is a small charge of £3 which includes tea, coffee and biscuits.

All welcome, no need to book, just turn up.
