Description
Amethyst provides community care services (Outreach) to people living in their own home, not Specialist Supported Living.
The service could be for someone requiring support and encouragement, this could include personal care. The hours will be assessed hours via a Social Worker and could be flexible depending on the individual’s mental health. These could be reduced or increased depending on their needs.
The service could be a new support service for a person recently diagnosed, or for someone who has lived in Specialist Supported Living or another service but now ready to move on into the community but still requiring support.
