Boxercise is a fitness program inspired by training techniques used by professional boxers. It usually mixes high intensity boxing, cardio, and circuit training methods.
In Boxercise sessions participants practice punching focus pads rather than sparring with opponents. This engaging workout offers a blend of fun and challenge while ensuring a safe environment for all.
With its emphasis on full-body movement and cardiovascular activity, it gets your heart pumping making it an excellent choice for those looking to improve their overall fitness.
We have separate session for men and women. All abilities are welcome.

Eligibility: This session is open to males and females aged 16+ while participants who are aged 14 - 16 can attend if participating alongside a parent/guardian.
