Free, online mental health workshops to help with stress management, Problem Solving & Worry, Mindfulness, Anxiety and Worry around COVID-19, Improving Motivation & Mood, Breathing & Relaxation, Assertiveness, Understanding Bereavement, Sleep Wellbeing.


Barnsley IAPT is happy to offer a range of workshops to help improve your mental.  Each workshop is free providing you are registered with a GP in Barnsley and you can register for as many workshops as you would like.

Registering for a workshop does not affect your referral and you can still refer yourself at any time using this link.

All workshops are currently being delivered remotely using Microsoft teams. When you register we will send you details on how to join and participate via email.

These free, 2 hour workshops are available for a variety of common mental health and well-being concerns.
