Reading Well Books on Prescription help you manage your well-being using self-help reading. The scheme is endorsed by health professionals and supported by public libraries.
The books provide helpful information and step-by-step self-help techniques for understanding and managing many common conditions including long term medical conditions. The books have all been recommended by experts. They have been tried and tested and found to be useful.
The self-help books are available to borrow from the local library. If they are not available, they can be reserved for you.
