Description
BIADS are hosting a gentle exercise class for people with dementia and their carers at the Emmanuel Methodist Church.
It is designed to promote fitness, fun and friendship and is a 45 minute class to suit all levels of fitness and ability, followed by chatting or tea or coffee with biscuits, of course!
Carers are welcome and advise and support is available.
