DEARNE NORTH WARD ALLIANCE - MENOPAUSE CAFE

Dearne North ward Alliance have funded a support cafe, group for the women of Thurnscoe & Goldthorpe to come together and talk all things menopause. We talk about issues around the symptoms, lack of sleep and what can help, meditation, HRT, and other topics covering the 3 routes of menopause (peri, menopause, & post).

This get together is solely open to girls, young women, and any ladies suffering with menopause or who have been through the menopause, to come along and share their experiences, it’s brand new and open to all. 

The next ‘get together’ is Friday 31st March at Rainbow Centre on Houghton Road in Thurnscoe, 1pm - 3pm.

We are reviewing the venues and times after 4 months so these may change, the final sessions before reviewing is Friday 28th April.

We are hoping to looking to have a cafe in Dearne South, soon, so watch this space!
