Staying active and well for longer with light exercise !
We are an gender inclusive community group with an interest in keeping firstly mobile and secondly as fit as we possibly can.
We offer instructor-led gentle exercises which enhance mobility and movement, via both chair based and standing exercises to background music.
Our group consists of older adults who enjoy a fun, non-competitive session which encourages social interaction throughout, and if you're lucky, a sing-along here and there.
No need for special clothing, just sensible, good fitting footwear and flexible clothing to allow movement.
