Felling stressed, anxious or depressed? we have a workshop that could help you.


If you are feeling stressed, anxious or depressed, Stresspac is a course which provides you with helpful knowledge, tools and techniques to help you.  Virtual Groups are running, they are easy to join in and take part.  All the joining instructions and guidance will be sent to you prior to group start.

At Stresspac you will not be asked to speak in front of others, just sit back and listen.  You can request a recorded copy of the session to watch back later in your own time.  All attendees will be anonymous (microphones and cameras will be switched off).

The course runs over 6 weeks for 2 hours each week.
