Class content will include evidence based postural stability training exercises. Exercises can be done in a seated or standing position.
Join the class form your kitchen, bedroom or any other space in which you can move safely and freely. You will need a sturdy chair, suitable footwear and a can-do attitude!
Booking can be done online at www.omJane.com and any medical conditions or injuries will need clearance from a medical professional before taking part in an exercise session.
