Domiciliary Care

Our service provides care to service users in their own home environment on a one-to-one basis.  We provide an extensive selection of cost effective, high quality, flexible and responsive home care services.


  • Personal and continence care
  • Managing medication, ordering and collecting prescriptions
  • Helping to mobilise in and around the home
  • Household tasks and meal preparation
  • Clinical care, including catheter and stoma management and PEG feeding.
  • Some assistance with showering, bathing, shaving and oral hygiene.
  • Sit ins
  • Some assistance with dressing
  • Some assistance with getting to / from the toilet.
  • May require a commode or bottle emptied.
  • Providing companionship

Live in Care

Our Live-in care service is for people who need more support or 24-hour care but wish to stay in their own home rather than move to a care home. Our encouragement, practical help and support can enable people to maintain their independence.

End of life and Palliative Care

People who are nearing the end of their life and those who require palliative care due to a life-limiting illness may want to remain at home for their final days.  That is where we can come in, to help you to have a good quality of life in the time you have left.

End of life

  • Personal care – supporting with bathing and showering.
  • Support with toileting, including changing continence pads or using a commode.
  • Mobility support, such as help moving position in bed and help with standing or sitting – and using hoists when required.
  • Administering or prompting medication, and supporting with pain management
  • Changing bedding and housekeeping duties
  • Preparing meals and snacks to taste and dietary requirements.
  • Complex care such as support with catheters, stomas and PEG feeding.
  • Ongoing companionship and emotional support
  • Some assistance with showering, bathing, shaving and oral hygiene.
  • Some assistance with dressing
  • Some assistance with getting to / from the toilet. May require a commode or bottle emptied.


  • Continence care, whether it is changing continence pads or managing a stoma or catheter.
  • Medication support including prompts or administering medication.
  • Support with pain management
  • Help moving around the home, whether it is gentle support or hoisted transfers.
  • Housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, changing beds or doing the laundry.
  • Preparing meals to your tastes, and washing up afterwards
  • Caring for your pet including feeding and walking
  • Running errands to collect prescriptions or food shopping.
  • Companionship and supporting your independent living at home.

Respite Care

There is a time when family and friends need a break especially when caring for loved ones recovering from an accident, illness or surgery. This is  where Patience Care Solutions come in to give you that much needed break. We will care for your loved ones in the comfort of their own home , this saves  the hassle of taking them away to unfamiliar settings for their care.

Overnight Care

Although our bespoke care services allow for some degree of night-time support, our overnight support care service is dedicated to those in need of care during the night rather than during the day. A support worker will be on hand to quickly move in and render any assistance that might be required.

We provide services ranging from:

  • incontinence care
  • administration of  medication
  • toileting  and light meals  preparation
  • Personal care and assisted living such as assistance with bathing, dressing and toileting.

We  match our client with the right support worker for value added companionship that gives  you a peace of mind knowing that you are safe.
