Description

Paypacket have been supporting service users since 2005. We currently have relationships with over 50 plus Local Authorities, working with over 8000 plus services users and running payroll for approx. 900 - 2500 carers and PAs per week.

We provide a full end to end payroll service, which means we provide the following service.

  • Paying all Tax and NI contributions, keeping records of these payments, liaising with HMRC on behalf of our clients and making payments directly into employees’ bank accounts.
  • Advising on and dealing with Statutory Maternity Pay, Statutory Sick Pay, Student Loans and Pensions payments.
  • Holiday pay calculated and recorded for you.
  • Providing a secure storage of all payroll records for complete peace of mind.
  • Providing payslips and statements.
  • Providing monthly quarterly and annual returns to the HM Revenue & Customs.
  • Providing and managing On-Line communication with HM Revenue & Customs.
  • Providing a free phone helpline staffed by friendly, professional staff to support all our service users.
