Our team offers specialist services such as assisting with personal care, medication, suctioning, tracheotomy care, peg feeding and more. Our staff are trained and assessed for competency to offer specialist care.

All of our staff are recruited following successful interviews, satisfactory references, and DBS checks.

We also offer support living and recruitment services.

Pearl Home Care Limited has Robust Policies and Procedures for our staff, service users and for the business to comply with CQC regulations. We review our policies yearly and as required to meet the needs of service users and staff. All our staff can access the Policies and Procedures as part of their Induction. Our management regularly monitors our staff's compliance with policies, procedures, and training.
