
Description
Tai Chi is a great gentle form of exercise and relaxation suitable for any age, physical ability or level of health. It builds strength, flexibility and improves balance and memory.
It is great for people with:
- high blood pressure
- high cholesterol
- respiratory conditions
- anxiety
- arthritis
- and many other common ailments.
Sessions are 45 minutes and incorporate a warm up, introduction and instruction of beginner's T’ai chi movements and a relaxation sequence.
Classes are held in our Carlton Studio but can be brought to groups at a venue of your choice as a one off or regular booking (care homes for example). I am working on developing more classes so keep up to date on our Facebook page.

Fridays at 6.30pm sessions generally run during term time.
